1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the taya367 platform (available at taya367.vip and through the taya367 mobile application), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with taya367's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

taya367 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by taya367 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) taya367 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a taya367 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register using your own legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address to which you have exclusive access.

taya367 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, SSS card, driver's license, or passport) before withdrawals are processed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya367 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your taya367 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security to your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

taya367 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players. Approved methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine banks are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Currency: All transactions on taya367 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Funding source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third- party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

taya367 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified taya367 accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on taya367 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all taya367 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. taya367 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a technical error on taya367's part is demonstrably responsible for an incorrect outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya367 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya367 platform — including but not limited to the taya367 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya367 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya367 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any taya367 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on taya367 content.
• Use taya367's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the taya367 platform.

Any unauthorized use of taya367's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya367 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya367 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the taya367 platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond taya367's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, subject to taya367's dispute resolution process.
• Any reliance on information provided on the taya367 platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.

taya367's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya367 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya367's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination

• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the taya367 platform.
• Failed to meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.

Upon termination for cause, taya367 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your taya367 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided no pending withdrawals or active investigations are outstanding.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
